We manufacture machines for making the components that are required to ensure good packaging of steel coils. The different components that can be made from this machine are:
- ID (inside diameter) and OD (outside diameter) edge protector rings
- Side wall sheets
- Seals of 19 and 32mm
THE ID AND OD RING MAKING machine can make the Inner and Outter edge protector rings. The continuous roll forming type machine, can make ID rings suitable for 406/508 and 610mm diameter, and OD rings from 800mm to 2000mmfor be used for making all different. The machine are custom built to suit the customers requirement of material of ring (CR-soft, GI-soft, or HR rerollable grade) to be used, the thickness and leg lengths of the ID and OD edge protector rings required, and the minimum and maximum sizes of rings to be made. The machine can be supplied with an optional on-line hole punching unit for the OD rings.
The SIDE WALL FACE CIRC LE CUTTING MACHINE cuts CR-soft or GI-soft material to make side wall sheets to match the OD of the coil. This versitile machine can be quickly adjusted to cut circular sheets of different diameter in seconds, and it can cut 3 or 4 sheets simultaneously (depending on the material thickness used), upto 2000mm in diameter.
The SEAL MAKING MACHINE, makes seals (also called stitches) of 19mm and 32 mm, for internal use or for domestic despatch or steel coils. The seals of 19mm, 32mm or a combination machine for making sizes, can be made on request.
